luckbd Terms & Conditions

1.1 To register an account on luckbd, you must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration form, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

1.2 luckbd is intended for use by players based in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. luckbd accepts no liability for any legal consequences that arise from your access in a restricted territory.

1.3 Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

1.4 You must not allow any other person to use your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.

1.5 luckbd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

2.1 luckbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud-prevention obligations. All players must complete identity verification before any withdrawal request is approved.

2.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and/or proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet details).

2.3 Documents must be legible, unexpired, and submitted in the formats accepted by our verification system. luckbd may request additional documentation at any time if there is reasonable cause to verify your identity, age, or the source of funds deposited.

2.4 Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. luckbd reserves the right to close unverified accounts and return the deposited balance (net of any bonuses) to the original payment method used.

3.1 All deposits and withdrawals on luckbd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. luckbd does not accept cash payments or crypto transfers.

3.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.

3.3 Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. luckbd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or bank-side processing times.

3.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

3.5 luckbd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any transaction. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held for review if unusual activity is detected. Players will be notified by email if additional information is required.

3.6 luckbd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. These third-party fees are beyond luckbd's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.1 luckbd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

4.2 Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms.

4.3 Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless luckbd explicitly allows stacking for a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses through duplicate accounts or other means will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

4.4 luckbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of players who have already activated the bonus are respected to the extent practically possible.

4.5 Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, abuse of referral systems, or exploitation of software errors, will be voided and the associated account may be permanently closed.

5.1 All games available on luckbd are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game results are determined by independently verified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer outcomes. luckbd does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.2 Players must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software (bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools) to gain an unfair advantage. Any such conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.3 Exploiting software errors, glitches, or underpayment errors in your favour is strictly prohibited. Any winnings accrued as a direct result of a platform error will be voided and reclaimed by luckbd. You are obligated to report such errors to [email protected] promptly upon discovery.

5.4 luckbd reserves the right to void bets or game rounds that were placed in error, where incorrect odds or payouts were displayed due to a technical fault, or where the integrity of the event or game has been compromised.

5.5 Players participating in sports betting — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures — agree that all bets are placed based on publicly available information and that no inside information is used.

6.1 luckbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits on time and money spent on the platform.

6.2 luckbd provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (extended periods upon request).

6.4 luckbd will honour self-exclusion requests promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, your account will be suspended for the requested duration. During this period, luckbd will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by the excluded individual.

6.5 Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion. luckbd is not liable for losses incurred if a self-excluded player successfully circumvents exclusion measures by providing false information.

7.1 luckbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (c) the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose luckbd to regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.

7.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms, any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits (net of any amounts forfeited under these terms) will be returned to the player via the original payment method where this is practically possible.

7.3 You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to completion of KYC verification.

7.4 luckbd will retain account data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.1 All content on the luckbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and page layouts — is the property of luckbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of luckbd.

8.3 The luckbd brand name, domain name, logo, and any associated trademarks are the sole property of luckbd. Unauthorised use of any luckbd trademark in any medium is strictly prohibited.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if luckbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.2 luckbd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are suitable and secure for accessing online gambling services.

9.3 luckbd is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from a player sharing login credentials, falling victim to phishing, or failing to log out of their account on a shared device.

9.4 The total aggregate liability of luckbd to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 luckbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 luckbd uses SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

10.3 luckbd may share limited player data with third-party payment processors (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) and game providers to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested. All third-party partners are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

11.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which luckbd is registered and operates internationally. luckbd makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

11.2 In the event of a dispute between a player and luckbd arising from this Agreement or from the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. Players may submit complaints to [email protected] and will receive an acknowledgement within two business days.

11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.

11.4 luckbd's decision on complaints relating to game outcomes, technical errors, and bonus eligibility shall be final once luckbd has completed a full internal review of the matter.

12.1 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver: luckbd's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.

12.3 Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between luckbd and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.

12.4 Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

• Collusion and match-fixing — coordinating with other players or insiders to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering — using luckbd as a channel to process illicit funds.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotions through duplicate accounts or fraudulent means.
• Sharing credentials — allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
